For the past eight decades, metahuman kind has had to struggle with the implications of magic and how it shapes the world, even for those who cannot feel its power. For some it’s a point of contention, a force to be tightly controlled lest it be used as a dreadful weapon that could destroy everything. Some see it as simply another aspect of nature, something to be celebrated and nurtured as understanding of it grows.
