Refund policy

We accept returns if the item is returned within 14 days of the items delivery to you. Item must be in same unopened, unused condition. If we receive the item opened and used a restocking fee will be incurred and will be determined based on the value of the product in the returned condition. There is a 15% restocking fee for returned orders that have items which were ordered when the item was in pre-order status. See our Pre-Order Policy for more information.

Return shipping cost is the responsibility of the customer. Original shipping will be refunded if the item arrived damaged or the wrong item was received.

We do not charge a restocking fee unless the item returned arrives back to us in a condition less than what it was shipped to the customer or if the item was originally ordered in pre-order status.
