Disquiet is a rules-lite psychological horror tabletop RPG set inside a psychiatric facility where reality bends under the weight of trauma. Players take on the roles of patients with no memory of how they got here and struggle to survive a world shaped by their own fears, memories, and fractured identities.

Imagine Silent Hill, Shutter Island, and One Flew Over the Cuckoo's Nest blended into a tabletop horror experience where you can't trust your memories, your surroundings, or even yourself. This is a game about holding on to what’s real. Ideal for players who enjoy emotional horror, unreliable narration, and character-driven mystery.
