Place three cards face up in the \u003cem\u003epool\u003c\/em\u003e and one card face up on the \u003cem\u003efloor\u003c\/em\u003e. A \u003cem\u003econdition\u003c\/em\u003e tile starts on the \u003cem\u003epivot\u003c\/em\u003e side; more on that later.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp style=\"text-align: left;\"\u003eOn a turn, you can \u003cstrong\u003eplay\u003c\/strong\u003e any number of cards from your hand as long as the first number on these cards matches the last number on the floor card. (That last number is the “pivot”.) Arrange your played cards on the floor in the order of your choice with the top card becoming the new floor.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp style=\"text-align: left;\"\u003eIf you can \u003cstrong\u003echain\u003c\/strong\u003e three consecutive numbers, you can play them no matter what the floor card is, then you take another turn.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp style=\"text-align: left;\"\u003eInstead of playing or chaining, you can \u003cstrong\u003etake\u003c\/strong\u003e a pool card or the top card of the deck into your hand, refilling the pool, if necessary.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp style=\"text-align: left;\"\u003eFinally, you can \u003cstrong\u003ereset\u003c\/strong\u003e by taking all three pool cards into your hand, then flipping the condition tile. The side opposite “pivot” is \u003cem\u003erelay\u003c\/em\u003e, and when relay is the condition, you can play cards one by one, with the first digit of each played card matching the last digit of the new floor card. Maybe you can empty your hand all in one go this way?\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp style=\"text-align: left;\"\u003eWhen one player empties their hand, everyone else can only play or chain from that point, exiting the game when they can’t put down cards on their turn.
